Kellin Foundation Hands of Hope Holiday Gift Drive

Collecting gift donations now through December 10, 2025

Every year around the holidays, Hands of Hope brings the community together to share kindness with children and families connected to the Kellin Foundation’s services, as well as patients at Central Regional Behavioral Health Hospital.

The tradition began in 1940, when Mental Health Greensboro created Operation Santa Claus to brighten the holidays for those in psychiatric care. After joining with the Kellin Foundation, we’ve carried that legacy forward—continuing to collect gifts that bring comfort and cheer to people who need it most.

We’re now gathering new, unopened items from our Wish List. Donations can be dropped off at the Kellin Foundation during office hours, Monday through Friday, through December 10. You can also order directly from our Amazon Wishlist, and the gifts will be delivered to:
