Join Kellin Foundation and Pear Tree Wellness Collective for an afternoon designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

This workshop brings together simple, restorative practices that support both mental and physical well-being. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or just need a pause, this is a chance to step away from the noise and take care of yourself.

The workshop will include:

  • Sound bath

  • Chair yoga

  • Additional restorative activities (more to come)

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

Community Training: Triple P Positive Parenting Program

The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® is an evidence-based course designed for parents of children ages 3–5. Through a mix of group sessions and one-on-one support, parents will learn practical tools to encourage positive behavior, manage common challenges, and strengthen parent-child relationships. This interactive program helps reduce stress, increase confidence, and create a supportive home environment. Registration is required, and space is limited.
