Support Groups

The Kellin Foundation offers a variety of support groups that connect people with similar experiences in a encouraging environment to promote wellness and healing. Our support groups are free to attend.

Meets IN-PERSON Tuesdays at 5:30 PM

Road to Recovery is a support group where you can learn more about mental health diagnoses and learn strategies to maintain emotional, mental, and physical well-being. You can connect with other people who have similar symptoms and challenges, finding common ground and sharing experiences.

Meets ONLINE/IN-PERSON Wednesdays at 12:30 PM

Women’s Emotional Wellness is a support group co-facilitated by Kellin and the Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro. This group connects women who share similar experiences in their life’s journey, fostering understanding, compassion and support. Peer-led groups provide opportunities for members to exchange information, advice, coping skills, and to receive emotional support from others who can relate.

Meets ONLINE Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

H.O.P.E. stands for Healing Opportunities & Personal Encouragement. Led by trained peer facilitators, H.O.P.E. provides a recovery-focused support group for adults with mental health and/or substance use concerns. At H.O.P.E., you can learn more about strategies to cope and manage symptoms and challenges that you may have, and share and connect with others who may have similar struggles.

Meets ONLINE Thursdays at 6:30 PM

H.E.R. is a group that lifts up black women and creates an environment of understanding and support for those struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional wellness, and other mental health concerns.
