Take Flight with STEM This Summer
What happens when you combine curiosity, technology, and a drone?
This summer, local students will find out through the STEM Summer Club at the Kellin Foundation Hope Hub, led by Nehemiah Community Empowerment Center.
Nehemiah is one of the Hope Hub's on-site partners, bringing its mission of expanding access to STEM, robotics, and information technology education directly into the community. Through hands-on learning experiences, Nehemiah helps young people explore new skills, discover future career possibilities, and build confidence in technology.
Designed for students in grades 3–6, this summer's STEM Club focuses on drone exploration. Participants will engage in interactive activities that introduce STEM concepts while encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
The STEM Summer Club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 21 through August 13 at the Hope Hub in Greensboro.
Whether a child dreams of becoming an engineer, enjoys building things, or simply loves learning how technology works, this program offers an exciting opportunity to explore, create, and discover what is possible.
