We’re offering two QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention trainings—one for parents and one for students—as well as a Community Resiliency Model (CRM) session. These workshops are designed to equip participants with essential skills to support mental well-being and foster resilience.
All workshops will be held at the North Carolina Leadership Academy. Learn more about the workshops and register below to attend. Please email us if you have any questions upon registering.
QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a proven, easy-to-learn method designed to help prevent suicide. Often referred to as the "CPR for mental health," QPR equips participants with the skills to recognize warning signs of a crisis, engage in a supportive conversation, and connect individuals to professional resources for help. The training focuses on asking the right questions, offering hope, and guiding someone to the care they need. With its straightforward approach, QPR empowers anyone to become a vital link in the chain of suicide prevention.
