RGN All-Network Meeting: Preventing Human Trafficking

  • In person at Kellin Foundation & ONLINE 4010 Walker Avenue Greensboro, NC, 27403 United States (map)

The Resilient Guilford Network is an action-oriented, trauma resiliency network of systems and collaborative leaders that build and support safe, secure, and nurturing communities.

We are excited to continue collaborating and brainstorming ways we can work together using a trauma-responsive, racial equity framework to prevent and heal trauma while building individual, organizational, and community resilience across Guilford County.

THIS MONTH’S MEETING: Join us for October’s Resilient Guilford Network meeting, featuring Meg Williams from Abolition NC, a Greensboro-based nonprofit dedicated to preventing human trafficking through education, training, and resources for those who need them.

Meg will share:

  • Local and state statistics on human trafficking

  • Abolition NC’s prevention curriculum and training program

  • Ways individuals and organizations can get involved in prevention efforts

This is a valuable opportunity to learn about the scope of human trafficking in our community and across North Carolina, and to discover practical ways to help protect vulnerable populations.

We hope to see you and please share broadly to those who may be interested in attending.

Please email us if you would like to receive reminders about these meeting.
