The Resilient Guilford Network is an action-oriented, trauma resiliency network of systems and collaborative leaders that build and support safe, secure, and nurturing communities. 

We are excited to continue collaborating and brainstorming ways we can work together using a trauma-responsive, racial equity framework to prevent and heal trauma while building individual, organizational, and community resilience across Guilford County.

THIS MONTH’S MEETING: We will kick off April as Child Abuse Prevention Month with Keynote Speaker Vernisha Crawford.  and a data presentation with the latest trends from the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services.

We hope to see you and please share broadly to those who may be interested in attending.

Resilient Guilford action-oriented efforts include:

  • Build awareness of ACES, trauma, and resiliency science

  • Increase coordination and collaboration among local efforts for maximum collective impact

  • Deliver pre-service and in-service training for front-line workers, managers, organizational leaders, faith communities, and community members

  • Support policy changes and practices that are trauma-responsive.
