In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for an essential workshop all about youth mental health. Recent research from the CDC finds that the “number of adolescents reporting poor mental health is increasing,” with “more than 1 in 5 (22%) students seriously considered attempting suicide” in 2021. In this workshop you’ll learn about current trends and issues facing our youth, the early signs and symptoms of potential mental health conditions, and key strategies to promote positive mental health and coping strategies.
