Nurturing Beginnings: Approaches to Infant Wellness and Development focuses on the earliest stages of life and the essential relationships that help infants grow and thrive. This session looks at the foundations of healthy development, including responsive caregiving, attachment, sensory needs, and early emotional regulation. Participants will explore practical ways to support caregivers, identify early signs of developmental or relational concerns, and create environments that promote safety, connection, and resilience. The discussion emphasizes how strong early supports can set the stage for lifelong wellness.
