Please register by filling out the form below.

According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), nearly 9 million Americans have a co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder, and yet only 7% of those individuals receive treatment for both. Nearly 60 percent receive no treatment at all. Research indicates that co-occurring disorders need to be treated at the same time in integrated care for best outcomes and lower treatment costs for patients. Join this workshop to identify and discuss factors contributing to co-occurring disorders, best practices strategies for integrated care, and how to improve clients’ or peers’ recovery and quality of life.
