Kellin Foundation, in partnership with Cone Health, Friendly Pharmacy, and SiteLabs, is offering free health screenings for adults 18 and older. This community wellness event includes:

• A1C blood sugar testing

• Cholesterol screening

• Blood pressure checks

• Glucose levels

• Weight measurement

A licensed pharmacist will be onsite to review your results and answer questions. You'll receive a copy of your results to take to your primary care provider—or we can help connect you to one if needed.

There’s no cost to participate and no insurance is required. Walk-ins are welcome. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
