Kellin Foundation is not a crisis center. If you are in crisis and in need of immediate help please call 911 or one of the crisis hotlines listed below.
Child & Elder Abuse: If you are a victim of child abuse or suspect a child is being abused, call 336-641-3795. If you are a victim of
elder abuse or suspect an elder is being abused, call 336-641-3818.
Domestic Violence: If you are in a domestic violence relationship and need assistance and/or emergency shelter, call the Domestic
Violence Crisis Line (24/7) at 336-273-7273. For assistance on available resources and support, visit the Family Justice Center at 201
S. Greene Street, Greensboro, NC, 27401 or call 336-641-SAFE (7233).
Human Trafficking: If you are a victim of human trafficking or suspect someone is being trafficked, please call the National Human
Trafficking Hotline (24/7) at 888-373-7888.
Mental Health Crisis Assistance: If you are in a mental health crisis and feel you need immediate attention, please call 911. If you
need assistance with a mental health crisis, you can call either Moses Cone Behavioral Health (24/7) at 336-832-9700 or Therapeutic
Alternatives (24/7) for a mobile response (they will come to you) at 877-626-1772.
Suicide Hotline: If you are having thoughts about killing yourself, you can call or text the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (24/7)
at 988.
The Guilford County Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center: If you need urgent behavioral health or substance use treatment and
are not experiencing a medical crisis that would typically require an emergency room visit, call 336-890-2700.
Transgender Mental Health Crisis Assistance: If you identify as trans and you feel you are in a mental health crisis, please call the
Trans Lifeline (24/7) at 877-565-8860.
Veterans: If you are a Veteran in crisis or are concerned about a Veteran in crisis, please call the Veterans Crisis Line (24/7) at 800-
273-TALK (8255) or text 838255.
