Teens Gotta Talk

REGISTRATION OPEN FOR ALL RISING 9TH-12TH GRADERS.

Teenagers in 9th-12th grade are invited to join Kellin Foundation after school for TEENS GOTTA TALK, where they will have a space to talk about the issues and stressors that impact their personal life.

As a collective, we will tackle the challenges of daily life, delving into topics such as managing stress and developing coping mechanisms, fostering a positive self-image and enhancing self-love. Additionally, we'll focus on educating ourselves about mental health, learning strategies to promote our well-being, and addressing issues related to depression and anxiety in a constructive manner.
